Who we are. ΕΝΤΑΞΕΙ is a trading name of Joel Goodens, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, at 45 Welton Road, Brough, HU15 1DW. Contact: hello@entaxei.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms, which do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error — and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We are a small business and are not currently VAT registered; no VAT is charged or reclaimable on our invoices. Payment is taken at checkout.

Products. Every garment is printed to order. Colours on screen are a close guide but will vary slightly from the printed fabric, and each print has minor natural variation — this is a characteristic of the process, not a fault. Product photography on this site includes digital mockups built from the actual print files; the artwork shown is the artwork printed.

Intellectual property. All designs, typography, photography and text on this site belong to ΕΝΤΑΞΕΙ. The ancient Greek passages themselves are in the public domain; our translations, typesetting and artwork are not. You may not reproduce our designs for commercial use.

Returns and delivery. See our Return and refund policy and Shipping policy, which form part of these terms. 

Liability. Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
