Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can return any garment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by you, the buyer; we recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the item arriving back.

Your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and we will refund the item price together with standard outbound postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act, items must be as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Faulty or misprinted items. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo — we replace it or refund it in full, including postage, at your choice. Faults appearing later are still covered by your statutory rights.

Sizing. Each listing carries the exact garment measurements. Our cuts are oversized by design — if you are between sizes, check the chart rather than guessing. Wrong-size returns fall under "changed your mind" above.

Digital prints. Because digital files are delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and the 14-day cancellation right ends once the download begins. If a file is faulty, we will fix it or refund you.
